We’re rounding up a Posse to keep our Dudes and Guests happy this season! If you are an energetic, positive & personable team player we want to meet you! We are scouting for “Super Stars” in the following positions:
Reservations and Check-in:
Personable, organized and able to work with minimal supervision. Retail and cashiering experience is required as well as excellent telephone manner. This position requires initiative, attention to detail and ability to work with the public on a daily basis. Some riding experience is helpful. Computer skills in Word, Outlook, and Excel are required. Duties include reservations, checking in riders, cashiering, retail sales and phones.
Food and Beverage Servers:
Experienced food and beverage staff with background in banquets and restaurant service. Bartending experience an asset. Must be personable, well organized and cheerful with the ability to also be flexible in their duties. Office and retail sales background is helpful. ASIP certificate preferable.
Restaurant and banquets. Experienced food and beverage/kitchen experience is required. Main duties will be cooking western fare, on gas BBQ’s in restaurant and on charcoal for banquets. Must be flexible in duties (e.g. Could be required to cook in restaurant, serve, and be of assistance in banquets all in one shift.). Personable, organized and self motivated with cheerful disposition.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work with others. Main duties will require food preparation, and maintaining kitchen duties. (eg. Dishes, general cleaning, etc.) Will also be required to assist with banquets, cooking, bussing in Restaurant.
Trail Guides/Horse Wranglers:
Personable, neat with excellent horsemanship skills. Experience in guiding novice to expert riders required. Positions available range from Ranch Guide/Wranglers-hourly to full day rides, to Camp Guide/Wrangler with experience with handling children aged 10years and up. Camp Guides will be required to do some backcountry work. All applicants must have previous guiding/wrangling experience with either a camp or riding stable. Some positions available May through Thanksgiving, others run early June to end of August.
Experience in small equipment, mowers, chainsaws, weed eaters, etc. Previous fencing experiences an asset. Must have Class 5 Drivers License in good standing, drivers abstract may be required. Must be flexible, energetic and self motivated. Ability to ride is an asset. Duties will include cleaning and maintenance of facilities, general duties, and grounds maintenance.
